Call for Nominations for the 2025-2026 Board of Directors for the Beaumont Skating Board

The 2026 Elections to the BSC Board of Directors will take place at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) the evening of May 21, 2026.

This document provides an overview of the election and voting procedures which follow the BSC Bylaws. These Bylaws were filed with Society on March 29, 2024.

There are six (6) positions available for the 2026-2027 BSC Board of Directors.

• President - two-year term.

• Vice President - one-year term (This position is available as the elected Vice President stepped down and the current Vice President is filling the position until the next AGM as per the BSC Bylaws).

• Treasurer - one-year term (This position is available as the elected Treasurer stepped down and the current Treasurer is filling the position until the next AGM as per the BSC Bylaws).

• Secretary - two-year term.

• Director at Large - two-year term.

• Director at Large - one-year term.
